A new world order? Pt I

If we had any doubt that a new world order was being shaped, the current Americo-British war against Iraq must surely have rubbed them out - as surely as it is decimating Saddam's monstrous tyranny. America and her crony Britain are making sure that their enemies understand that they will brook no terrorism against them and that they will strike decisively against it - preferably pre-emptively.
For a considerable time now, we had been seeing the new order being shaped by global economic policies and protocols orchestrated by the white countries of the first world, with America as their undisputed leader. It is an order in which smaller, historically disadvantaged, substantially non-white countries are being required to do business with the white oligarchies and amongst themselves by rules and policies which those oligarchies are best prepared and equipped to deal with - indeed, which they themselves devised. Struggling little countries, like those in the Caribbean, are being required to both catch up and match up with the oligarchies even though they simply lack the quality infrastructure and resources to do so competitively. They are losing preferences and concessions of all kinds in a leveling playing field which they are ill-equipped to play on.
And now, with the decisive and resolute Americo-British strike against Iraq, we have, not only a new economic order, but a military one as well.
Bush and Blair tell us that there are essentially two reasons why Saddam must be terminated: to find and destroy hidden weapons of mass destruction (WMDs) which Saddam intended to use against his neighbours and America and Britain; and to liberate Iraq from a long-standing brutal dictatorship. But neither the United Nations nor they have been able to produce any proof that Saddam has WMDs, and they have clearly taken unto themselves, in absolute disregard of the United Nations and world opinion, the right to invade a sovereign territory and force peace upon its citizens.
So in the absence of that proof and in the exercise of brute aggression, there must be another reason for the absolute prejudice against Saddam. The only one I can find is the two-part one of vengeance for the 9/11/01 terrorist attacks on America and, as a consequence, a pre-emptive prejudice against military and terrorist attacks against them. After all, they have the power to back their attitude.
Unless America has gone drunk and disorderly on its military and technological dominance in the world, we must infer that Iraq was involved in the 9/11/01 abomination. Protection of its oil needs won't wash because these are secure in the friendly relations America enjoys with other oil-producing Arab countries. And the only WMDs Iraq could have now, in our diffident minds, are planted ones. No. America is sending the message that no so-and-so third-rate, non-Western (= non-White) country will get away with no terrorist stupidness against it. Let other America-haters beware!
Why would America sacrifice its young men to look for non-existent WMDs or to liberate Iraqis who lack the spine to rise up against routine tyranny? Why should the Iraqi people be so important? Since when has America's foreign policy been concerned with matters other than American interests?
America is the only world power there is now and has an easy ally in Britain. Together, they can only be taken down by a federation of powerful nations (of their own general history and culture, strategically). But such nations are not engaged in terrorism against them and do not now see them as enemies to be taken out. And poor Iraq, it has shown itself to be woefully defenceless against the Americo-British juggernaut.
Lacking American and British intelligence and having a historical background of white-inflicted slavery, oppression and terror, I find the war to be a vileness and an obscenity. I despise Saddam, but I cannot associate myself with Bush's and Blair's liberationist justifications. Nor can I accept the maiming and slaughter of innocent civilians, especially children, whether intended or not.
But who am I in this kind of world order?
